At ThunderLabs, we believe that AI won’t steal people’s jobs, but people who know how to use it might. We also see ChatGPT as just another tool in a candidate’s arsenal to deliver results. So we’re all for applicants using ChatGPT to complete recruitment assessments. That being said, we believe nothing can replace the value of human interaction and connection…yet.
